Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided for your internal or personal use in connection with organizing and managing sports competitions and related activities, subject to these Terms and any applicable laws.

2. Accounts and access

You may need to sign in (for example via email link) to use certain features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use you become aware of.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or overloading infrastructure;
  • scrape, mine, or automate access to the Service except as expressly permitted; or
  • use the Service to send spam or misleading communications.

4. Content and data

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY DOLLARS (AUD), IF NO FEES APPLIED.

7. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will post updated Terms with a new effective date where reasonable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. General

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
